Refund policy

Hello and welcome! Please note that if a customer desires a refund notify the store by sending an email to info@robbynsnest.com. The email has to be received within 7 days of package being delivered. A $5.00 fee will be charged to all returned orders. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for funds to be returned. All preorder items are subject to a 10 - 15-day delivery wait.
